typhonblue, a senior editor at that Southern Poverty Law Center recognized hate site A Voice For Men, has, uh, some thoughts about friendzoning, abortion, and why all rape cases should automatically be nullified by the jury.

Although it’s her thinky MRA thoughts about abortion that really take the hatecake:

Criminalizing “friendzoning” sounds exactly like breech of promise laws that governments used to have to prevent men from leading women on.

Aside from the minor(and they are minor, far less than getting a tooth extracted) physical effects of abortion surgery, how is forced abortion different for men or women? Men already undergo forced abortion and considering that men’s bodies also hormonally prime them for fatherhood… equating forcing abortion on men and women is not far-fetched.

And lets not forget to mention Paul Elam’s call for the Jury Nullification of rape cases.

If due process was being eroded for any other crime, you wouldn’t even be arguing against his stance.

Why is rape different?

This was in response to someone arguing that hey, yeah, there are some radical MRA’s:

I’d love to be a woman, all in all. You get a lot of really nice perks. You can wear any clothing you want (the idea of cross dressing for women doesn’t even exist anymore since all the clothing men wear can be relabeled as women’s and size changed and it’s now okay to be worn. The only time you get into cross dressing for women is baggy clothing). You can EXPECT others, especially men, to help you with just about anything you need, ranging from opening doors, to taking you out to eat, to providing all lodging and other needs/wants. From there you don’t even have to return anything, such as sex. Because you don’t owe anyone when they give you stuff and protect your livelihood.

You get to behave in largely any manner. As a woman I could just say fuck it to the world, get wasted every night (again, have men at a bar buy me drinks), and beat around other people and damage property without honestly expecting to be seriously punished. Especially if I’m drunk and can’t be held accountable for my actions! If at any point I really am bothered about something, I can whine about it and have a huge support network.
Now I admit, I’d have to look good. But shit, who doesn’t want to look good? I’d have my hair and makeup done up all the time, wearing sexy/cute outfits all the time. It’d be how I get men interested in men (and perhaps women?) who would pay for everything else I would need, whether I considered it a relationship or not.
And if things go bad? Well, I can work. And if I can’t find a job, there’s always porn for really quick cash or a strip club for not quite as quick cash, but still won’t be fucked or touched, not that as a woman that would be bad. It wouldn’t even have to come to that since I could be a waitress if I wanted to play it straight. There’s often a job for that and if you’re attractive, you’re very likely to get hired. Even better is the tips will be much larger because of that too, and you know I’d play up my feminine, girly side for those tips.

Why would you not want to wake up as a woman? The only things I see bad are a period (like that’s going to be so bad).

I think these women’s contempt towards good men, and implicitly their manipulation of men’s volitions, is one of the few things I would genuinely call misandry.

I also call it suitor abuse, in that such a woman tends to manipulate men for fun and profit by encouraging them to pursue her, then pretend she hadn’t a clue they were interested in her and shoo them away. It’s setting people up for failure, creating strong motivations and dismantling them for a perverse sense of power. Women who do this are monsters, plain and simple, and deserve to be treated accordingly. They know very well what they’re doing, and only shout the “you’re only nice to get sex” tirades to create a smokescreen while inflicting further abuse. What they don’t count on is that the men’s movement will eventually be able to, and indeed must eventually, ensure that either laws or community standards (or both) are enforced against them.

This truly is the civil rights movement of our time.

Sure a couple of people may be born “inter-sexed” but most (in general) are not born or made that way. There are two sexes and they are complementary.

What a serious and compassionate civil rights movement!

I have to ask, how did three adult women with at least one child between them fail completely to make their distress known, if it ever existed, to anyone in their own street for ten years, unless they themselves had no intention of being found?

There’s a great deal more this case that we are being told by the hysterical press. Call me a trafficking apologist if it satisfies your need for drama, but I suspect we’ll find the women are nowhere near as innocent or as victimised (if at all) as the cutesy-pie pictures being plastered all over the papers suggests.

It’s not just that MRA’s are stupid, it’s that backlash supremacy movements like white rights or men’s rights are incredibly toxic and prone to violence. Funnily enough, they love to project that violence to feminists and PoC activists.
